Payment
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal only. These options are made available during check-out.
Please note that 8.25% sales tax will be added to all orders being shipped to addresses within the state of California.
Shipping
We ship in-stock merchandise within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
Our shipping fees are based on the total value of your purchase and are calculated on this scale:

Your purchases of in-stock items will be shipped within approximately 5 business days via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (2- 3 day service). Please note that select items and custom orders require additional time. We are not responsible for products that are lost or damaged as a result of the United States Postal Service.
International
Sorry, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you are not, we will usually be happy to issue a refund, minus S&H and 15% (of merchandise cost) re-stocking fee, if the item is returned to us within 14 days from ship date in original condition and packaging. NOTE: Please contact us first at : info@yellowlabelkids.com for a return authorization code. We reserve the right to refuse a return on an item that has been previously granted a return authorization code if the item is not in its original state.
